Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift, coordinating quality security services for the client site. The role acts as a liaison between site supervision and security officers, with duties including coaching staff and enforcing policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to prepare clear reports, and a valid driver's license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and possess a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record as required for driving positions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technology.
• Ability to manage crises calmly and provide quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and provide coaching and discipline within policy.
• Coordinate delivery of quality security services on the client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
