Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift, coordinating delivery of quality services at the client site.

The role involves supervising staff, coaching and administering discipline within policy, and serving as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager. Strong communication, reporting, and crisis-management skills are required; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid Driver's License with driving experience and clean record where required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
