Job summary

Allied Universal is currently seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a full-time role in Lithia Springs, GA. The Shift Supervisor will oversee a security team on a 6am–2pm shift, coordinating with site leadership and the Account Manager to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, producing reports, and maintaining strong customer relations. A HS diploma or 5 years experience, driving eligibility, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require valid driver’s license with driving record as specified.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently; exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
