Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The Shift Supervisor will supervise staff, provide coaching and discipline within empowerment guidelines, and serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Driving position requires valid license, clean record, and adequate insurance.

Responsibilities
