Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years of prior Military, Law Enforcement or Armed Security experience.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience in Security, Military or Law Enforcement.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
