Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site in Ellenwood, GA. The role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, coaching and disciplining staff within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities include staff training, enforcing client security policies, conducting patrols and inspections, monitoring CCTV and access

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience required.
• Military leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to train and coach staff on shift.
