Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned client site. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating services, and acting as liaison among site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager.

The position requires strong communication, crisis management, and customer service skills, with emphasis on safety, reporting, and adherence to procedures. A valid license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record for driving roles.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to respond to alerts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Maintain professional interaction with client staff and the public.
