Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a specific shift at a client site. You will supervise officers, coordinate activities with site leadership, and act as a liaison to account and field operations managers.

The role emphasizes coaching, recognition and disciplined enforcement within approved guidelines. Required are 3–5 years of experience in security, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within guidelines.
• Able to prepare clear reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate delivery of security services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
