Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at a client site. The Shift Security Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers, supervising staff and ensuring effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of security or law enforcement experience or degree in criminal justice.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must prepare written reports/logs neatly and legibly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of quality services.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
