Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift at a client site. You will supervise officers, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure quality service delivery while acting as a liaison with management.

The role requires a clean driving record, 18+ years old, and the ability to communicate effectively. A background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test are mandatory, with driving responsibilities involved.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs with neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License with driving experience and insurance as required.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol test post-offer.
• Ability to handle both routine and crisis situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Prepare written reports and logs as required.
• Handle client site crises calmly and efficiently.
