Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at a client site. You will supervise officers, coordinate with site supervisors and account managers, and ensure delivery of quality security services while coaching staff and maintaining compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, an attentive approach to safety, and the ability to manage crises calmly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and logs; read and follow procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for driving positions; requires driving experience.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required after offer.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize client-site wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate with site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Act as liaison between client site and management to ensure delivery of quality services.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
