Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to supervise the delivery of services on a specific shift at a client site. You will liaise between the site supervisor, account manager, and security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

The role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and logs
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions
• Valid Driver's License required for driving positions; clean driving record
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required post-offer
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly; strong customer service
• Display professional demeanor with clients and staff

Responsibilities
