Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift and coordinate the delivery of services at an assigned customer site. You will supervise officers, coach staff, and act as a liaison with the site supervisor and Account Manager to ensure quality service and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and the ability to prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate effectively.
• Able to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Valid driver's license with driving experience and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crises calmly and efficiently and maintain exceptional customer service.
• Work in various environments and perform routine reporting as needed.
