Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at a customer site. The Shift Supervisor will serve as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers, providing coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel and the public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Coordinate with site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; read and follow operating procedures.
