Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a security team on a specific shift at an assigned client location. The role acts as a bridge between site leadership and officers, coordinating service delivery and enforcing standards.

The position requires 1+ year law enforcement, 2+ years security supervisory experience, or 3+ years security experience; strong communication and report-writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
