Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee multiple security officers on a designated shift. The role involves coordinating service delivery, communicating with site leadership, and ensuring high-quality security coverage at the client site.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of law enforcement experience or 2+ years in a security supervisory role or 3+ years in security, and must be 21+ years old.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interaction with staff and public
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required
• Driving position requires valid driver's license and clean record

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate quality services
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
