Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise a shift at a client site, coordinating security services and acting as the bridge between site staff and account management.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills to handle crises and provide exceptional customer service across all levels of personnel.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare reports and logs clearly.
• Must pass background and drug tests, and driving record checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
