Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The Shift Security Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and the officers, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.

Qualifications include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
