Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security services on a specific shift at a client site in Iowa. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with site supervisor and account management, and ensure timely reporting and customer service.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to handle crises calmly, and adherence to procedures. The position offers hourly pay of $21 and is based on a full-time shift schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Liaise with client site management to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
