Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Strong written and oral communication with all levels of personnel.
• Must be able to operate computer-based reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security officers on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
