Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift at an assigned client site. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with the site supervisor and account manager, and act as a liaison to ensure quality service.

The ideal candidate is at least 21, has a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrates strong communication and crisis-management skills.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for driving roles
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and provide coaching and discipline within policy
• Coordinate service delivery on the shift and liaise with site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager
• Ensure quality service and exceptional customer interactions at the client site
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently and document incidents
