Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will supervise security officers on a shift, coordinate with site leadership, and ensure high-quality service delivery at the client site.

Role requires strong communication, report-writing, and crisis handling abilities, plus a valid guard card and driver’s license. Background checks and driving record review may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a guard card.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs with neat handwriting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and client requirements.
