Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record for driving roles.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate client-site wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crises calmly while delivering customer service.
