Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee quality services on a specific shift at a client site. The role coordinates with site leadership and officers to ensure smooth operations and strong customer service.

Rate is $21.12 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to prepare accurate reports, and handle crisis or routine situations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting; read and understand procedures.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required; driving record check may apply.
• Intermediate computer skills to use client-site wireless technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, accounts manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowered guidelines.
