Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a full-time role in Mobile, AL. The role supervises a shift, coordinating with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and leads security officers on duty to ensure high-quality service.

The position requires strong communication, crisis management, and a commitment to safety. Pay is $19.66 per hour with a Thursday–Sunday evening schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• 3+ years security, military or law enforcement experience, or an associate's degree in criminal justice.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Driving positions require a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
