Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an ESOC Shift Supervisor in Atlanta, GA. The role leads a small ESOC team, maintains 24/7 monitoring, and coordinates incident response with field operations and corporate security leadership.

The position requires strong leadership, security operations experience, and the ability to manage high-stress situations with excellence in customer service and reporting. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable work experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a Security Operations Center or similar environment.
• Minimum of two years of security-related experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle routine and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare reports, logs, and operational documentation.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply operating procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ESOC operations during assigned shifts in a 24/7 environment, ensuring continuous coverage and adherence to procedures.
• Supervise, mentor, coach, and support ESOC Operators, including shift briefings and onboarding.
• Monitor operator performance and provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of alarms, CCTV, and other security technologies; triage alerts.
• Coordinate response to incidents based on severity and impact as primary escalation point.
• Ensure incident handling, documentation, post-incident reporting, and logs.
• Manage administrative calls and communications with calm professionalism.
• Act as communications hub, guiding field personnel and stakeholders.
• Support scheduling, work orders, labor compliance, and IT/service ticket routing.
• Evaluate ESOC performance and suggest improvements.
