Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Atlanta, GA. The role supervises and coordinates quality service on a specific shift, acts as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and coaches security officers to maintain high standards of service.

Starting base pay is $19/hour with availability Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 11pm - 7am.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• 2+ years of prior security supervisor experience.
• Effective written and oral communication with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports/logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Valid Driver’s License with driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within policy and empowerment range.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Prepare reports and logs for the client site.
• Respond to incidents and crisis situations as needed.
