Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed Clearance Required in Colorado Springs. The role supervises a security team on a shift, coordinating with site leaders, and ensuring quality service at the client site.

Qualifications include at least 18 years old, a HS diploma or 5 years experience, strong communication, and the ability to prepare reports. Drivers license and background check are required, with drug testing as applicable.

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
