Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor (Unarmed) in Colorado Springs to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site.

The role requires coordinating with site supervisors and account managers, coaching staff, and maintaining required reports. A high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License, clean record, and insurance.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required; pre-employment checks.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at client site calmly

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure quality service delivery on the shift.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs as required.
