Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at an assigned customer, coordinating with site staff and management to deliver high-quality security services.

You will supervise officers, coach and discipline within approved guidelines, and serve as a liaison among site supervisor, Account Manager, and Field Operations Manager. This role emphasizes strong communication and crisis management on duty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must communicate effectively and professionally.
• Must prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless tech at client sites.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws may apply.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening may be required.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager and Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure quality security services on the assigned shift.
