Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The role acts as a liaison between site supervision and the Account Manager, supervising officers and providing coaching and discipline as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage crises calmly, and a proven track record in customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Must be able to prepare reports/logs neatly and read operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
