Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a specific shift at a client site. The role coordinates with the site supervisor and Account Manager, guiding officers and ensuring service quality.

The position emphasizes effective communication, incident reporting, and crisis management with opportunities for professional growth within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with diverse audiences.
• Must be able to prepare clear written reports/logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driving positions require valid driver's license and clean record.
• Must pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening as applicable.
• Proficient with intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at the client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Ensure delivery of quality security services and incident reporting.
