Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a designated shift for a client site. The role focuses on supervising officers, coordinating with account management and field operations, and delivering high-quality security services while maintaining safety and compliance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, strong written and verbal communication, and prior security or military/law enforcement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• For driving roles, valid driver’s license and clean driving record are needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at the assigned customer site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure safety and compliance on shift.
