Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Prepare timely written reports and logs; read and understand operating procedures.
