Job summary

Allied Universal Services is currently seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at a client site. The role includes supervising officers, coordinating with site leadership, and ensuring quality service while maintaining compliance with procedures.

The position is full-time with hours 3p.m. - 11p.m., Monday through Friday, offering weekly pay and a starting rate of $22.52 per hour plus paid orientation. Health and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare clear reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and coordinate delivery of security services.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently and maintain exceptional customer service.
