Allied Universal® is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Montgomery, AL. The role will supervise and coordinate quality security services on a specific shift and act as a liaison among site staff and management.

Qualifications include 3+ years of security experience, a valid driver’s license and prior supervisor experience. Must be at least 18, with strong written and verbal communication and the ability to handle various situations on site.

• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
