Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Service Manager to lead daily security operations and drive high-quality service for clients in a dynamic environment. You will guide a team of officers and supervisors, rigorously monitor performance, and ensure contract hours are met while reducing unbilled overtime.

The role requires strong leadership, client relations, and operations oversight experience, plus proficiency with BI tools and Microsoft Office. A driver’s license is often required.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or equivalent experience with leadership of hourly staff in a fast-paced service setting.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license is required for business operations when driving company or personal vehicles.
• Minimum 2 years in business ops, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading diverse teams and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to manage a large dispersed team and improve client relations and outcomes.
• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools for reporting and scheduling.
• Experience with BI tools for metrics and presentations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline supervisors and officers, meet contractual hours, minimize unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff; perform payroll and evaluations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and protection.
• Utilize BI and AI platforms to track metrics, optimize schedules, and boost efficiency.
