Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of security services across client sites. You will oversee frontline hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance while supporting employees and clients.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, workforce stability, and strong client relationships, with responsibilities spanning selection, payroll, scheduling, and employee relations. A proactive leader is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or for business errands.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce environment.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork and client relations.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office; familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for security professionals and supervisors; implement career development plans; evaluate underperforming staff for replacement or transfer.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules to ensure adequate coverage; confirm staffing per contract requirements; manage overtime and backfill as needed.
• Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate timekeeping records; resolve discrepancies promptly; handle final paychecks and related issues.
• Conduct disciplinary actions and ensure proper follow-up; support termination procedures; maintain morale and proactive communication; enforce post policies and training.
