Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Service Manager for the day shift to lead security officers and manage client relationships across multiple sites. You will drive operations, scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations while ensuring high-quality service and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, and the use of BI tools to optimize efficiency, with a strong focus on profitability and compliance across 800+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service org
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle
• 2+ years in business ops, security management, or supervising teams
• Experience leading development and retaining diverse teams with client relations
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
• Ability to manage a large dispersed team and drive results
• Independent decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Strong written and oral communication
• Familiarity with safety protocols and delivery service
• Experience with BI tools for metrics, reporting, automation, and presentations

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline supervisors and officers to meet client-specific hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff; handle payroll and evaluations
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service and protection of people and property
• Utilize AI tech and BI platforms to track metrics and optimize schedules for profitability
