Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection and placement of security professionals and first-line supervisors.
• Create, modify and manage schedules to ensure contract coverage and compliant staffing levels.
• Process payroll and resolve discrepancies; ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll audits.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service and workforce stability.
• Provide training coordination and ensure adherence to post-contract requirements.
