Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or using personal vehicle for business.
• At least 2 years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: leverage AI-powered technology to schedule security officers while meeting client contract hours and minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach and manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships: act as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies: respond to escalated issues and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory (uniforms, equipment).
