Qualifications

• Must have one of the listed educational paths with professional level experience
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle for business
• Experience supervising hourly employees in a fast-paced service context

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and frontline supervisors
• Recruit, train, and manage security officers; handle payroll and evaluations
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure high-quality service
• Utilize BI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency
