Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding supervisors and officers to meet client needs and contractual hours. You will develop teams, handle payroll processes, and maintain client relationships while driving performance and safety.

The role emphasizes using BI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field with 2+ years managing hourly staff.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years managing hourly staff.
• High school diploma with 5+ years managing hourly staff.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company vehicle or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading diverse teams and building positive client relationships.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office; knowledge of security systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline supervisors and security officers, meeting client-specific contractual hours and minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff; handle payroll and evaluations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service for people and property.
• Utilize BI tools to track metrics, optimize schedules, and improve efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards across operations.
