Qualifications

• Must have strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid technical skills related to fire alarm or electronic security systems.
• Solid programming skills and demonstrated troubleshooting ability.
• Self-starter who works well with supervision.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine service calls, maintenance, and emergency calls; diagnose and repair issues.
• Provide accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Install, configure, and support security systems and small projects as needed.
• Coordinate with team members to improve operations and delivery of service.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
