Job summary
Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and work on small projects. You will diagnose problems, repair and install systems, and contribute to customer satisfaction while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications
- Customer-focused, service-driven, and able to handle pressure.
- Experience with fire alarm or electronic security systems preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting with ability to diagnose and fix issues.
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls and routine maintenance in a timely manner.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts in installed systems.
- Install projects and provide custom system integrations as needed.
- Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operations and safety compliance.
