Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Preferred Experience: Access control experience with AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, CCURE or S2.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service and maintenance calls for security systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install access control projects as needed.
• Prepare detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with other specialists to cross-train and support customers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and safety policies.
