Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician in Massachusetts to service and support customers by responding to service calls, carrying out client programs and small projects. You will join a dynamic team and grow with the company in a culture that values integrity, accountability and results.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and replacing parts, documenting service reports, and coordinating with teammates to ensure compliance with safety

Qualifications

Requires experience servicing access control and electronic security systems.
Must have strong troubleshooting skills and customer focus.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to routine and emergency service calls and maintenance tasks.
Diagnose, repair, and replace defective parts; install projects as needed.
Complete detailed service reports for invoicing and records.
