The role requires 3–5 years of experience with access control systems, strong troubleshooting and programming skills, and a valid driver's license. Local travel may be required, with a focus on safety and quality work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with fire alarm or electronic security systems preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel locally to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and maintenance visits.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair security systems.
• Install small projects and perform system integrations.
• Prepare detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Ensure safety compliance and collaborate with team to improve operations.
