Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and assist with small projects. The role emphasizes a customer-first culture, integrity, and growth within a collaborative team environment.

You will work on creating solutions for security systems, performing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with specialists on system integrations while adhering to safety policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Solid technical skills in fire alarm/electronic security systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine service calls and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts; install projects as needed.
• Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
