Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support customers by responding to service calls, maintenance, and small projects. You will be part of a dynamic team that helps you grow with the company.

The role requires strong customer service, technical skills in fire alarm and electronic security, and a valid driver's license with ability to travel locally. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with CCTV systems (Milestone/Genetec) desirable.
• Knowledge of access control platforms (AMAG/Lenel/Genetec/CCURE/S2).
• Experience with intrusion systems (DMP/Bosch) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and routine maintenance on security systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts.
• Install small projects and perform system upgrades as needed.
• Prepare detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
